The Association of African Universities (AAU) is pleased to announce the following events:
* DATAD Online Launching and Workshop 29-30, April, 2003
*The DATAD Advisory Committee Meeting 1st May 2003
Both events will be organised in collaboration with the University of Ghana, Legon and will be held in Accra, Ghana.
The main objectives of this workshop are to receive and discuss reports from each participating institution, discuss future directions for DATAD and the launching of the DATAD Online database.
Participants to this workshop are representatives from institutions currently involved in the DATAD project, policy makers, stakeholders, representatives from professional associations and allied institutions, invited individuals and institutions.
Implementation of the DATAD Pilot Project has been made possible through financial assistance from The Ford Foundation and The Rockefeller Foundation.
